The Typical AdSense Publisher
The first part of our study looked at a variety of demographics to work up a profile of what might be considered a typical AdSense Publisher with a year or less experience.

Of those participating, we found that on average, 73% are male, married with at least one child or other dependent in the household (excluding spouses) and their average age is 44-years-old. Interestingly enough, 77% are the primary earners in their household and their AdSense earnings account for 22% of their total household income.
